Also implemented SAP HCM integration to Kuali Financial, HR Adobe interactive form for department , Tax Reporter Personnel Administration, Benefits, Time Management, ESS, MSS, Workflow. Deeply involved in Blueprint phase, moving on to the realization, working on the configuration, training, security, testing (integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, Payroll Comparison testing) to assisting on the post go-live support.
Working with Purdue University in after go-live concurrent employment payroll, payroll to FI reconciliation and year-end tax process: Helping clients to assess their current HR/payroll systems and explore potential future state solutions, such as retaining some or all of the University’s existing systems or replacing some or all of the existing systems with a commercial vendor package, such as SAP HCM;
Working with our big consulting partner on one of the largest U.S. based companies with manufacturing and sales operation in 56 countries is being split in to two companies in November 2012; Leading the effort of global and local separation of employees in to two different companies with a team of seven functional six consultants and four technical consultants. Working on using multiple benefit areas to meet the needs. Working hands on with benefit configuration to provide benefit vendor files with minimal changes for vendors like Hewitt, Minnesota Life, Mercer, and Towers Watson.
